Mishaps can occur when shipping some of the more fragile items. If there is any damage to your merchandise, the recipient must notify the carrier (UPS normally) and GoAirheads LLC within 5 business days. All packaging must be retained until the shipper can inspect damages. Please take picture of the package before opening it if damage is suspected. If a signature is required please note any observable damage next to your signature. It is the customers responsibility to deal with the shipper directly if the product is damaged through shipping. GoAirheads will not be responsible for products broken during shipping though will help providing any information the shipper/customer needs through this process.

From time to time GoAirheads will sell out of certain guns/products. If we plan on restocking these items we will give the option to “backorder” them. If your order contains a backordered item your entire order will be placed “On Hold” until we receive your product. This can take between 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the item specifically. We will normally include an estimate on time frame for this item to come in with your “On Hold” email. You may cancel the order at any time before the item has been sent out to you, HOWEVER, this will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to card processing fees associated with this. After we receive your backordered item it will be sent out to you within 24 hours of us receiving the item. This will all but guarantee you get the item ASAP often beating out all competitors backorder time frames.
